ESSAYS ... David Foster WALLACE

DAVID Foster Wallace’s Consider the Lobster and Other Essays (Little, Brown; Abacus, 2005) is an intelligent collection of literary essays, magazine articles and reportage on a vast cornucopia of provocative topics, especially on the paradoxes and quirkiness that plague contemporary American society and all that they represent. The author is in his element when lambasting the absurdity and ingrained hypocrisy that permeate our lives.
